Carabello Coffee started in a garage in the fall of 2009 with a philanthropic vision, a hot air popcorn popper and a few pounds of green coffee beans. From there Justin & Emily Carabello have steadily grown their small business as a way to help fund sustainable change in underdeveloped coffee producing nations. Carabello Coffee operates as a philanthropic coffee roasting company, and the mission is to artisan roast exceptional coffees and then use their profits to fund works of compassion.
By partnering with Kenya Kids Can partner to provide school lunches for children and construct solar powered computer centers to improve education and bring hope to needy student, and also partnering with a non-profit, Coffee Kids to foster the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit needed to protect the future of coffee farming.
