Matthew and Brittany Giesbrecht of The Speckled Sow, are farmers and hunters of the Northern BC area that wanted to help alleviate some of the stress on the farmers and hunters in the area, by providing a butcher shop for custom cutting & wrapping. local farmers can drop off meat to have their meat domestic and wild game cut; cured; smoked; and wrap. The Speckled Sow also make custom sausages, and sell products such as jerky, locally raised meat, and specialty items. They've helped many hunters in the area process their hard earned game, and have helped many farmers bring their farm to the table
