Meet vegan chef Anita Shepherd, the inventor and founder of Anita's Creamline Coconut Yogurt, a small-batch, dairy free yogurt business based in brooklyn, NY, founded in September 2013 her yogurt is made with organic coconut milk, organic coconut water and live cultures. Once the word got out, people got just as excited about pure coconut yogurt as they did for vegan desserts, so she decided to turn Electric Blue Baking into a food manufacturing business and make Anita's Yogurt her first product.
