Honeybee is based in Knoxville, Tennessee and is owned and operated by Norris Hill, the company started up in 2014 with a mobile airstream trailer which formulated into a specialty roasting operation and later lead to them opening their doors to their cafes on 2016. Their beans are sourced from small farms located throughout the world. They roast their beans to their perfected state, carefully and delicately tending to all of the nuances and flavors of each coffee. Honeybee wants people to know more about coffee, and they also want people to know more about HoneyBee. Their open to conversation by extending their doors to the public and and offering you a chance to see what they are working on and what they hope to accomplish in the future, and answering any questions.

HoneyBee's motto: “coffee is the platform we use to care for others.” In all of the decisions they make, this motto is kept in mind. Their primary goal and concern is to deliver quality products and maintain a balance that cares for everyone from the farmer to the manufacturer to the most important people you the customer.
