Chef Simon Boyle has worked tirelessly to people across London to rebuild their lives, using as a catalyst, imparting his passion, skills and knowledge of cooking and on to them and encouraging them to move their lives forward.

Brigade located in the United Kingdom, was born out of Simon's realisation that there are not enough inspirational projects aimed at supporting people to end the cycle of ‘no job no home – no home no job'. Simon Boyle has a vision to bring people together and nourish relationships through the power of great . Live kitchen action along with a unique experience, all adds to a memorable occasion.

 

At Brigade, the is based on simple, well sourced ingredients, as local as possible from farmers and suppliers we know and love. Service is familiar but professional; all our service staff learn to cook and can give excellent recommendations, stories and on our suppliers, ingredients and dishes.
