chef & Owner Emily Casey developed a love of cooking at an early age, baking her way though Betty Crocker at the age of 10 and subjecting her friends to homemade sushi as a teenager. She was lucky enough to grow up in a town in Southwestern virginia that has enjoyed a daily farmer's market. Bourbon Springs is located along a stretch of Barbours Creek in beautiful Craig County, virginia, Bourbon Springs is a fishing cabin shared by several families from southwestern VA. Emily's grandfather was a founding member of the Barbours Creek Development Corporation, the very official-sounding consortium of gentlemen and fishing enthusiasts who purchased the land together.
